  3. After that apply that paste on baigan. coat the baigan properly.
  4. Now,in a kadhai,add 4 tbsp of oil, add onion saute it until it turns slight pink in colour now add in it all the baigan coated with masala's. Stir it, add 1/2 glass of water and cover it until all the baigan turns softs for 10 mins in medium flame.
  5. After all the baigans soft add chopped tomato and tamarind water by removing seeds.Give a stir. And then cooked it for another 5 mins in medium flame.
  6. Hyderabadi khatta baigan is ready to serve with Rotiii😉
