  6. Cook till tomatoes cook and oil seperates. Then add mashed eggplant
  7. Mix well add 1/2 cup water to adjust constituency cook for 4/5 minutes add chopped garlic coriander and spring onions..it's ready to serve.. healthy winter dish is ready to eat with khichdi & bajra roti
