- Then in the same Kadhai or Pan again pour half Cup Any Cooking Oil heat for 2 min then add Panchforan and Green Chillies into it heat for 2 min, add Onion fry for 2 to 3 mins and add Turmeric Powder.
- Afterward, add Tomatoes Cut into Cubes Cook for 5 to 7 min to Cook then lastly add Fried Eggplant or Baigan, salt as per taste fry for 5 to 7 min.
- Your Pyaji Baigan is Ready to Enjoy hot with Any Roti or Chapati,Garnish with Green fresh Coriander.
