- Mix besan and rice flour in a bowl add salt carom seeds garam masala garlic chutney turmeric powder asofoetida coursly grinded black pepper red chilli powder cumin corriender powder soda mix well and make a smooth batter.
- Heat oil ina pan coat brinjal ring with batter and fry till brown colour on mid.slow flame.Take out on a tissue paper.
- Take a serving plate. Serve eggplant. Sprinkle coriander mint chutney curd ketchup tomato spring onion salad and chaat masala. SERVE hot with lemon wedges. Serve mango Masti with EGGPLANT CHAAT. Tasty delicious innovative Chaat is ready.
