- Prepare 1 cup dry coconut

- Grind dry coconut, jeera, dhaniya leaves and green chilli to paste
- Mix grind peste, peanut powder dry masala onion and 4 tbsp oil
- Now make a cross slit in brinjal and don't cut them
- Now fill the masala in brinjal…. save some masala for later use
- Now heat kadhai, add oil, add rai, jeera, hing haldi, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt
- Now add the brinjals in kadhai one by one and add the leftover masala and close and cook for 5 min. Don't use ladle
- After 5 min open it and slightly toss it and add a cup of hot water
- Now cook on low flame for 8 to 10 min and ready to eat
- Enjoy with jowar roti, green chilli thecha and onion
