  5. Stuffing is ready….now make 2 part of stuffing
  6. Fill one part of stuffing in the brinjals now shallow fry all the brinjals for 10 min
  7. In a pan put oil. Heat it.Now add jeera and ginger garlic paste Cook it on low flame
  8. Then add all the masalas along with the salt…mix it…now add the one part of left stuffing in it cook for 5 min
  9. Add the fried stuffed brinjals in it put water adjust contensancy
  10. Cover the pan Cook for 15 min your stuffed egg plant (brinjals)is ready
  11. Garnish with dhaniya patti
