- Now take flour in a flat surface, add yeast mix. Mix well and knead a soft dough, Incorporate the olive oil. Round it and keep for fermentation.
- Now pour some prepared olive mixture in tin and add the spread the dough on it. Keep it for proving,15to 20 min.
- Now make depression in the dough, pour remaining oil mixture and put olives on it. Keep for fermentation for 30-40 min.
- Now preheat oven and bake it for 200℃ for 30 min. Focaccia is ready to serve.
