Instructions to make Focaccia Sandwich:
  1. In mixing bowl add all mentioned ingredients for veggies stuffing. Mix well and keep aside.
  2. Cut Focaccia bread into 4 equal parts. Slit each part horizontally.
  3. Spread veggies stuffing on lower side of slit bread slice as shown. On it spread grated cheese. On it sprinkle red chilli flakes. Cover with upper layer of bread. Similarly prepare all.
  4. Place on grill tawa. Roast on both sides till cheese melt & crispy golden on both sides. Cut Focaccia Sandwich into 2-3 pieces.
