- Now add chillies,onion, cardamom, cinamanon,lavang,poppy seeds,ginger and garlic to the mixer jar and grind.
- Now stuff the ground paste into cuts of brinjal.
- Heat a pan and pour oil,add stuffed brinjals to the pan.
- Add the remaining ground paste to the pan and let it boil.
- Add chilli powder and turmeric powder.
- Flip the brinjals to the other side
- Check whether the brinjal is boiled or not. If it's boiled then add salt and let it cook for 5 mins.
