  1. Grind the Dalia to fine powder.
  2. In a large bowl, add rice flour,besan and seive the Dalia powder using a siever. Then add all the dry ingredients, melted butter and crumble mix.
  3. Add normal water gradually and make thick dough as shown in the picture.
  4. Apply some oil on the sides of murukku maker with small holes disc and place a medium sized cylindrical shaped dough into the murukku maker and close the lid.
  5. In a hot oil, start making murukku as shown in the picture. Once it is turned light brown,flip it to other side and cook until it turns golden brown. Take it out from oil and keep it aside on a tissue paper. Repeat the same for remaining dough.(Tips – Once the murukku is cooked the sizzling sound will reduce)
  6. You can press it on greased ladles or small plates or even directly into the hot oil.
