- Get 4-5 Hot dog Buns
- Make ready Tomato Ketchup
- Take Green chutney
- Make ready Cheese as required
- Take Lettuce as required
- Take Capsicum rings as Required

Steps to make Hotdog Sandwich:
- For the Veg cutlet: - Take 2 boiled Potatoes and about 1/4 boiled fresh Green Peas and mash this.Now add 1 grated Carrot,1 Chopped Capsicum,About 4 tbsp chopped Spinach (Palak),about 2 tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander,1 tsp Ginger Paste,1 tsp Green chilli Paste,about 2 tsp Sesame Seeds,1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder,1/2 tsp Chat Masala,1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder,Salt per taste,About 1/2 Lemons juice and 1 tbsp Bread Crumbs (optional) and mix these all ingredients nicely.
- Make Cutlets of any preferred shape.
- Take a Non Stick pan and grease with Butter,Ghee or Oil and Shallow fry the cutlets till they are crispy.
- Now the cutlet is ready
- Take 4-5 Hot dog Buns and cut through the middle but don't cut through the whole bun.
- On one part spread little Tomato Ketchup and on the other part spread Green Chutney.
- Now put 2 cutlets in the bun and on top of the cutlet sprinkle some cheese.On top of the Cheese put Lettuce,Capsicum rings,Onion rings,Cucumber etc as preferred.I didnt have other salad ingredients so i used only Onion rings.
- Now take the bun and grease a pan with Butter or Ghee and Roast it.Now your Yummy Hot dog is ready!
