  15. Take 1/2 cup plain flour (maida) dissolved in water for batter

Steps to make Veg Cutlet:
  1. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan, add chopped onions & saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  2. Add all the vegetables & mix well.
  3. Cover & cook on a low flame till the vegetables are cooked, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Add 1 tsp of each ginger, garlic, chilli paste, salt, amchur powder, garam masala powder & mix well.
  5. Mash the mixture using a potato masher.
  6. Remove from the flame transfer the mixture to a plate & allow it to cool.
  7. Add thick poha into a mixture & mix well.
  8. Furthermore using a heart shape or round mould give a shape to cutlet.
  9. Dip each cutlet in the prepared batter & roll in the breadcrumbs.
  10. Heat the oil in a kadhai & deep fry each cutlet till it turns golden brown from both the sides.
