  5. Now after mixing all ingredients.. Grease your palm with oil Take a medium small portion of mixture and give the shape of cutlets… And coat it with semolina
  6. After giving shape and coating keep cutlets in fridge for 30 t0 35 minutes so that semolina gets coat properly on cutlet mixture
  7. Later.. Brush oil in pan or tawa.. And shallow fry this cutlets with low medium flame for 10minutes..
