- Add sooji and curd in a bowl, mix them thoroughly. Cover the lid and rest for 10 minutes until it turns soft.
- Now add boiled potatoes and all the ingredients and mix them well.
- Now put some oil on your palm so that you can make tikki nicely.
- After making all the tikki now heat the oil in a pan and deep fry those tikki for five minutes until it turns golden, use moderate heat. Fry them from both sides. Now remove from oil.
- Aaloo-suji tikki is ready to serve. Enjoy it with tomato sauce.
