- Firstly, in a kadai take 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp oil, ginger-garlic paste, salt, oregano, chilli flakes stir and boil for 2-3 minutes add sooji stirring continuously, when mixture thicken flame off.
- Transfer the cooked sooji in a bowl and cool completely add boiled mashed potatoes. Add red chilli powder, Coriander powder mix well.
- Make round shape cutlets. Heat oil in a pan deep fry, shallow fry cutlets till turn golden crispy.
- Drain over kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
- Granish with onion rings, Serve with green chutney and tomato sauce.
