- Boil the kidney beans with 3 whistles in pressure cooker.
- Take deep pan add 4tbsp oil. Add all whole spices and onion, ginger garlic paste.
- After the saute onions and brown in colour add tomato puree and all masala.
- Cooked till oil is separated from the masala.that is perfectly cooked.
- Add boiled rajma with stock. And add half cup of water, cook with cover the pan for 10 minutes in medium flame.
- After 10 minutes Rajma is ready,garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
