Instructions to make Spices Rajma rice:
- Wash the rajma and allow it to soak overnight.
- Wash it again and pressure cook with 2.5 cup water and salt.
- Once the rajma is soft and squishy remove it from heat and keep it aside.
- Take a bottom pan. Put into oil. When it get heated add garlic ginger green chilli paste.
- After 1 min put into onion paste when it changed brown colour then add into tomato paste and mix well…
- After 2 min put into salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,black peper powder and mix well.(if u eat vry spicy put into red chilli powder.)
- Cook till the spices become fragrant and oil start leaving the sides of pan.
- Now add the rajma and 1 cup boil water mix well and cook covered for 10 min.
- Once done,add oil.you can garnish with coriander leaves.now rajma is ready.
- To make a steamed rice.boiled 1 cup rice with 5 cups of water.once the rice is soft,strain and discard the water.spread the rice on plate and allow it to air for 2-3 min.
