The ingredients needed to make Rajma Rice:
  1. Take 1 cup Rajma/ kidney Beans
  2. Get 5 Tomatoes
  3. Prepare 1/4 Ginger
  4. Get 4-5 Green chilli

  6. Make ready 1 tbsp red chilli
  7. Take 2 tbsp dhaniya powder
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  9. Make ready 1 pinch hing powder
  10. Take 1 tbsp garam masala
  11. Take 3 tbs oil
  12. Take for Rice-
  13. Make ready 1 glass Basmati Rice
  14. Prepare 2 glasses water
  15. Take 1 tbsp jeera
  16. Prepare 2 tbsp salt (according to taste)
  17. Take 1 tbsp oil
  18. Get 3-4 cloves
  19. Take 1 Cinnamon stick
  20. Get 4-5 Black pepper
Instructions to make Rajma Rice:
  1. First take Rajma Beans and wash it under running cold water and soak for 8 hours or overnight then boil in pressure cooker for 4 whistles.
  2. Roughly chopped or grind tomatoes, green chillies and ginger by blender, make a smooth paste of it. Heat the oil in pan or kadhai add cumin seeds and hing when it sizzles add puree in it.
  3. When the paste is thick add red chilli, coriander powder and garam masala and stir well till it releases oil and add it with boiled Rajma Beans.
  4. Lastly add coriander leaves and mix it well and Rajma is ready. Serve with Rice or Chapati. Wash rice in running water and soak for 10 minutes and in a cooker add cumin seeds, tej patta, salt cloves, black pepper, cinnamon and water give two whistles and serve Rice with Rajma hot.
  5. Serve hot yummilious Rajma Rice either in lunch, breakfast or dinner anytime.Hope you all like it.
