- Heat a pan.Add 150 grams peanuts(mungfali).
- Roast it for 7-8 minutes on low flame.until skin becomes little black and crack will come.

- Now add roasted and split peanuts in the syrup. Mix it well.
- Grease back side of thali or tray with some ghee/oil.
- Now spread hot mixture on the thali. Spread it evenly. With the help of a rolling pin or flat spoon make it flat surface of the mixture.
- Cut into strips when the mixture is a little hot. Don't allow cool completely.
