  2. Take 500 ml water

  1. Take the raw peanuts and salt. In hot water, add salt and peanuts. With lid, cook for 5-7 minutes on medium flame. Cooked peanuts will come to top and their skin wrinkles.
  2. Drain hot water and put peanuts on kitchen napkin to dry.
  3. In a pan add salt and heat it on medium flame. Once hot, add peanuts and keep stirring with spatula.Stirfry for 5 minutes. Check if skin separates the peanuts.
  4. Switch off the flame and take peanuts to colander. Shake well to remove extra salt. Your salty peanuts are ready to serve.
