- First of wash and peel off potato and slice them down both pointed gourd and potato as per shown below picture.
- Now deep fry both slices of potato and gourd by taking oil in pan.till they become golden brown.
- Take another pan heat 2 tbsp oil and add cumin seeds now add sliced onions to it and saute them till they become crisp.add chilli slits to it and saute.
- Add tomatoes finely chopped to the pan and saute thenafter add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and saute till oil seperates.add 1/2 cup water to it.
- Finally add our fried potato gourd slices to the mixture and saute by adding sweet yoghurt and garam masala.(potato and gourd sliced becomes tender at this stage)do not overcook.sprinkle chat masala off the flame and pour the curry into serving bowl and garnish them with coriander leaves(optional)
