  3. Prepare 2 tbsp khaskhas/poppy seeds
  4. Get 1/2 tsp cardamom powder(elaichi)
  5. Get 2 tbsp Ghee

Instructions to make Dates and nuts roll:
  1. Blend the dates for 2-3 mins coarsely without adding water.keep aside.
  2. To a pan add poppy seeds & dry roast till it turns slightly Brown in colour.keep aside.
  3. Add 1 tbsp Ghee in the pan and roast chopped dry fruits for 2-3 mins. They will become chruncy. Take out in a plate and let it cool.
  4. To the same pan add ghee.once heated add the crushed dates to it. Cook on low flame till they become soft.Once it begins to form a lump add in the roasted dry fruits.
  5. Mix well and combine everything. Add cardamom powder along with a tsp of khaskhas.
  6. Once a lump is formed transfer to a plate. Let it cool down a little. Grease your hands and make a rectangular shape lump out of it.
  7. Now roll it on the remaining poppy seeds and some pistachios. Pack into a silver foil or parchment paper.
  8. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Take out of the fridge and cut it into pieces and serve the yummy dessert.
