- Firstly take a kadhai,add 1 tablespoon ghee. Let it heat properly.
- Add makhane and saute it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat. Keep it aside.
- As the kadhai is already heated,add 1 tablespoon ghee,as it heats add all the nuts (almonds,cashewnuts,raisins). Saute It for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat till turns brown.
- Once done add makhane in kadhai. Mix well. Switch off the heat. It's ready to eat
- Can be stored in air tight container for long period of time. It's tasty and healthy.
