- When it becomes thick,remove from heat.add vanila essance.mix it well.
- Place the carrot and Nuts mix in the pudding mould.transfer the custard into it.keep it in the freezer 15 min.
- Decorate it with caramelized nuts, caramel mash & cherries.ready to serve.
