- Get 5 leeks
- Take 1 onion(optional)
- Take 2 cups flour
- Prepare 1 tbln salt
- Take 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- Make ready 1 cup milk

- Take 3 eggs
- Make ready 4 tablespoons Parmesan

- Preheat oven 350F/180C
- Remove top stalk, and slice leek in half then wash thoroughly.
- Chop leeks
- Chop medium onion add to skillet along side leeks on medium heat
- Add oil/water to flour and salt.
- Mix in a measuring container the water and oil and a little yellow food coloring, knead with hands.
- Knead the dough and let it rest 20 minutes.
- Add cup of milk to leeks & onions, let simmer for 15 minutes
- 3 egg and 4 heaping tablespoons of parmesan
- Once milk has reduced add egg & cheese mixture.
- Stretch out dough and in the baking pan it goes.
- Add mixture to baking pan and flatten out evenly.
- Place in oven of 350f for 20 minutes.
