Steps to make North eastern hot momos with tangy chutney:
- At first, grate all the vegetables.
- Then, put a pan in gas with butter.
- Add all the vegetables, sweet corns in pan with salt.
- Saute them with soya sauce, sweet corn and black pepper.
- After that, keep it another side.
- Next, take chicken mince and wash it.
- Then,add soya sauce,pepper,salt,buter,ajinomoto and coriander leaves.
- Next,add garlic and onion.
- After marinate, keep it in a bowl for10 min.
- Take a pot with flour,salt and oil
- Mix all of them with water.
- Knead the mixture and make a dough.
- Next, keep it for 30 mins.
- After that, divide the dough into two parts.
- Make a log of 6-7 inch from each dough.
- Next,cut the log into equal slices.
- Then,roll each dough into a big thin circle.
- Use a bowl surface on the circle and press it.
- Then, cut round shape circle of about 2-3 inch diameter.

- Then, start lift one side of the edge and pleating.
- Then,start fold and forming into different shapes one by one.
- Then,put a pan with oil in gas.
- Add water in same pan.
- Add veg dumpling stuff in the same pan and boil for 10 mins.
- Boil the water and cook the dumpling stuff.
- After that, veg momos are ready.
- After that, with the same process stuff the chicken stuffing in the circle sheet.
- Once again,lift one side of the edge and start pleating in different shapes.
- Put a vessel with water in gas.
- Grease oil on the strainer.
- Then, put the chicken dumpling stuffing for steam cook.
- Cover them with a lid and cook it for 20 mins.
- After steaming,the chicken momos are ready.

- Chutney: Roast tomato and green chilli in tawa.
- Smash the tomato and green chillies.
- Chop the onion, garlic.
- Add with salt tomato and green chilli paste.
- Ready both chutney and two different momos.
- Soup:Take a pan with water.
- Add grated vegetables in water.
- Then, salt,pepper and soya sauce.
- Next, add butter and coriander leaves, boil it.
- Lastly, the soup is now serve with hot momos.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and black pepper
