  5. After that make a slurry of maida and water and also crush the cornflakes with hands. And side by switch on the gas and heat the oil in a kadhai.
  6. Dip the ball in the slurry and coat it with crushed cornflakes. And lower the ball in the hot oil and same way lower 2-3 more balls according to the size of kadhai.
  7. Fry them until golden brown. Transfer the crispy pakoras in a plate and enjoy them with sauce, green chutney, etc.
