Steps to make Chocolate Fondue:
- Wash your fruits well using Bio vege wash or vinegar.
- Start by peeling and cutting your sweet bananas in to small pieces. Use a large bowl preferably glass to mix all your fruits. Cut the apples and remove the seeds, cut your lemon and sprinkle the juice on apples to prevent them from browning once exposed in air.
- Prick off the grapes from their stalk and slice them into halves or put them whole. Peel your mangoes and slice them in to small pieces. Make sure they are not too ripe.
- Once all your fruits are ready and in one glass bowl, cover them with a cling film and leave them to rest.
- Prepare your chocolates by cutting it into small pieces. Put a pan on low heat, warm your fresh milk then turn off the gas. Add your chocolates while stirring to mix them well. When the chocolates are hard to stir, return them on low heat and keep on stirring.
- Add whipping cream in to the mixture and stir well using a whisk or a fork. Make sure they are well blended and the paste is smooth.
- On your hot mixture grate your orange peels and stir well then add some mint leaves for flavor. Put off the gas and transfer the mixture in to a fondue pot.
- Light up your candles preferebly with scent to add some warmth and heavenly aroma in your room.
- Take your fruits and sprinkle your yoghurt and mix well.
- Serve the fruits and the chocolate mixture. The fruits are served with waffles and dipped in the chocolate using skewers. Keep the fondue pot under the candle to keep the chocolate warm and flowy.
