Instructions to make Mini Meat Loaves:
  1. Preheat oven to 400F, prepare glass baking dish with cooking spray
  2. Saute onion and garlic in cooking spray, transfer to large mixing dish and allow to cool
  3. Add beef, egg, Worcestershire, teriyaki (4 Tbsp), salt, pepper, and red pepper. Mix Well.
  4. Add carrots, green onion, and rice. Mix well and divide into 4 equal parts
  5. Place each finished loaf in prepared pan
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until internal temp is 160 F.5 minutes prior to removing brush each loaf with 1 tsp teriyaki sauce
