In a grill pan or panini press, grill the sandwich until the cheese has melted. Cut the panini in half and serve with sliced raw vegetables.

- Place the sandwich with the Swiss side down onto a panini grill or skillet lightly brushed with butter over medium heat
- Grill over heat for about 5 to 6 minutes until golden and crispy
- If using a skillet, carefully turn and grill another 5 minutes
- Plate with a side of tomato soup if you like and enjoy!
