- In a heavy bottomed vessel add jaggery and required amount of water and bring it to boil.
- Then add the ground paste to the vessel containing jaggery syrup and stir continuously for 10 minutes.
- Garnish it with your choice of dry fruits fried in ghee.Gasa gase payasa is ready to serve.
