- Preparation: Cut the chikuwa lengthwise. Cut the pre-boiled asparagus the same length as the chikuwa (approximately into half).
- Cut the ham into round strips.
- Place the asparagus on the ham so that the outside edge of the ham comes to the top. Roll up.
